Guess who's coming to braai!

HOW IT WORKS:

Choose whether you want to be a host or guest for the meal. Please read the following carefully before committing yourself! ANYONE can take part – if you have no transport we can organise lifts. If you are single and shy to take part on your own,  team up with a friend! Once your name appears on our list, we take that as a commitment to this event, unless we hear from you personally.

HOSTS PROVIDE:

• The venue (your place!)

• Crockery and cutlery • Own meat and drinks • Sides for everyone • Cooldrink for your own family

GUESTS PROVIDE:

• Your own meat and drinks.

• Pudding to share • Your own cooldrink • Be generous in providing for yourself and others – the essence of hospitality is a generous heart.

THE FUN PART IS:

HOSTS won’t know who is coming to lunch – only how many AND GUESTS won’t know where they’re going until Sunday, 3 MARCH! Guests PLEASE remember to come to church on Sunday 3rd in order to get your information as to where you are going to lunch. Please do not tell others where you are going and PLEASE BE PUNCTUAL – you need to arrive between 12.30 – 1.00pm.  Remember your hosts do not know who is coming to lunch and can’t phone you to say, “Are you still coming?” We heartily encourage you to join in this fun event! Be yourself, enjoy yourself and get to know other members of your church family.
